Borger Chamber of Commerce Staff
The Borger Chamber of Commerce is staffed with a
CEO/President and Administrative Assistant. Occasionally the office may
find volunteers filling in and assisting with projects. The staff works
under the guidelines of The Board of Directors and the goal is to
promote and assist Chamber member businesses, recruit businesses to
Borger and encourage a viable tourism industry in Borger.
Beverly Benton serves as the CEO/President. Coordinating daily
activities, projects, activities and events and serving as a liaison
with other groups to build and enhance the economy of Borger businesses
is important in serving the business community of Borger. Tourism,
business development and improvement, providing a knowledge base for
businesses, and providing the link between community and business are
critical in the growth and sustained presence of a strong economy.
Marketing Borger is of paramount importance in the everyday duties of
Benton.

Crystal Irvin, Administrative Assistant, is often the first member of
the community to have contact with tourist, chamber members and area and
potential businesses. Consumer referrals to member business, planning
and assisting with special events and managing the logistical needs of
the Chamber are vital to the success of the Chamber and local
businesses. Irvin is the front line person to handle your visits and
phone calls. She is a strong advocate for the business community and the
community at large.
